Navigating the Reports Hub

The Reports Hub provides a centralized location for exporting all available reports. This feature is available to both teachers and administrators for easy access to reports. The Reports Hub is particularly helpful for administrators who are not engaging in the product on a day-to-day basis but need to quickly access progress data. 

You can access the “Reports Hub” by selecting the Monitor tab and then clicking on Reports Hub. Once in the Reports Hub, educators can access four different reports:

1. Diagnostic Summary
2. Students with Unfinished Diagnostics
3. Detailed Skill Report Export 
4. Skill Assessment History

How to Generate Reports

Each report will have a quick summary of when the report might be the most helpful, a view example link, and a button to Generate Report. Teachers can generate reports for all the classes they own or are rostered in, while administrators can generate reports for any class in a site they have access to.

Selecting Generate Report will prompt you to provide the necessary specifications for the report. While the report is downloading, you can navigate to other pages on the site to continue your work. When it is done generating, you will get a notification and can then find your new report in your downloads folder. The downloaded format of the Diagnostic Reports and Skill Assessment History will be in .csvs. The Detailed Skill Report will be downloaded in a .xlsx format. You should have no problem opening any of these reports in Google Sheets, Excel, Numbers, or wherever you generally open spreadsheets.
