Filter Options
Site administrators can now view and filter all students by site, grade, and classes, while teachers can filter students within their classes by grade and classes.
Daily Snapshot
The Daily Snapshot provides insight into how your students are doing on their skill challenges each day. This view counts every assessment a student completed on that day. Each segment of the graph represents a score range, distinguished by different colors.
Clicking on a segment leads to a pop-up with a list of students in that score range.
Weekly Snapshot
The Weekly Snapshot provides insight into the new skills your students have passed each week. This tool is highly beneficial for setting and monitoring weekly learning goals. It enables you to track progress, celebrate achievements, offer additional support, and motivate your class effectively. This view displays the number of students who have passed each skill, showing only the most recent pass for each student.
- Each segment of the graph represents the number of unique skills passed on any segment to open a detailed list of students and the associated skills they passed.
Goal Met
The Goal Met widget
displays the percentage of students in your class who have passed at least two new skills weekly. Currently, this goal is preset and cannot be modified, as it aligns with our recommended weekly target.
Clicking the Goal Met widget opens a popup displaying students who passed at least two new skills for the current week, along with those who did not meet the goal.
Weekly Goal History
The Weekly Goal History button helps you track how well your students are doing with their goal of passing at least two new skills each week.
- Click the button to see a helpful graph that shows you how many students met the goal each week over the past five weeks.
- The graph starts from the week your students were added to your class.
- You can see the results for the current week starting on Sundays.
Support Needed
The Support Needed widget makes it easy to find students who might need a little extra help.
- This widget identifies students who have failed three or more skill assessments within a week, across one or multiple skills.
Student Engagement Table
The Student Engagement table gives you a quick overview of how your students are doing with their skill challenges for a specific week.
- See how many skills each student passed.
- See how many skills they attempted but didn't pass.
- Click on any student to see a more detailed list of the specific skills they worked on, passed, or need extra help on.
