Welcome to Roadmaps! As you work with our team to get your school(s) set up, use this guide to make sure your staff and students are ready to start using Roadmaps.
- As an admin, make sure that you have received an email to set up your Roadmaps account. If you have not, please contact your account manager or onboarding representative.
- Please share our allowlist with your technology support team to ensure sites needed for Roadmaps are accessible.
- Once you have signed in, navigate to the Site Settings tab on your dashboard. Here, you can:
- Choose the timezone for your site(s).
- Choose which Roadmaps you would like to be available at your site(s).
- Select the standards that align with your curriculum. You are able to apply these settings uniformly across all of your sites or tailor them specifically to each individual site.
- Next, navigate to the Bulk Enroll Users page on your dashboard. Here, you can upload a CSV file to bulk enroll your teachers and students. Make a copy of these template files to upload your information.

NOTE: To enroll new users AND roster them into existing classes, please navigate to Classes & Rosters to create your classes first.

To enroll individual students, teachers, or admins, navigate to the Students or Teachers & Admins page and click the "Enroll New Student" or "Enroll New Teacher/Admin" button and enter the required information.

If you haven’t yet, schedule a one-hour customized training session for your teachers, administrators, and/or any support staff with our Program Success team, please do so by filling out this form. This session is essential for teachers to understand Roadmaps functionality, purpose, and how to integrate the program into their classrooms and will maximize your program’s effectiveness.
